    This is a one day specialist level 3 course looking at the impact on children and young people when there is domestic abuse / violence, mental health issues, substance misuse or learning disabilities within the family and the increased risk when more than one of these issues are present.

    Course details:

    • This is a level 3 plus specialist course looking at the impact of parental substance misuse, mental ill health, learning disabilities and domestic abuse on children and young people.
    • This course will also bring into play the Mental Capacity Act.
    • This course is delivered by Jacqui Spragg and Julie Cornwell.
